Strength ClubTraining Sessions will be held every Monday and Wednesday beginning at 6:30 am. The daily schedule will be as follows: 6:30 am - Warm-up 6:40 am - Weight Room Training Session 7:15 am - Weight Room Training Session Ends 7:20am - Dress Out 7:35 am - Breakfast 8:05 am - Flex First Bell
